HAPPY FREAKING NEW YEAR BREAKFAST CLUB!
It's the year of the space odyssey 2010. WOO HOO!
Officially this makes the breakfast club over 10 years old!
2009 is gone! I'm done with it personally
.
However we had exciting things happen in the BC, Kathleen had William early this year. We kicked Maret out sometime in the summer much to the dismay of the male group members. We had a lovely Dinner Club at Louie Bodega and everyone looked gorgeous. Wheeler cursed us from afar but never showed up for one meeting. We had some good guests. We need more this year. Overall the club ran pretty smoothly. And most importantly we ate a lot of good food. I have high hopes for 2010, I think we need another member.
In keeping with the good food tradition, I the Queen has picked Cafe Verde in Pasadena. I made a reservation for 8 at 11:00 so it would be great if you could respond and let me know if you're planning on coming so I can adjust the reservation.
It's a small venue.

Happy New Year. I can't make it tomorrow. I hope to see you in February. Why do the passing years take a toll on other women but not the ones in the club?
