We will meet at the restaurant at 11:00. I already made reservations for 8 people which includes two guest for myself. We will need to call in advance if the numbers are higher so please let me know as soon as you get a confirmation.
The date as always is the first Sunday of the month, which will be 1 October 2006. We may do the metro again, since it is only one stop away and it means we can walk off the food.

paul i'm glad to see you are coming along fine. the feelings of anger you have towards kevin are all part of the healing process. you will go through some other steps i can outline them for you. i'll start at the beginning.
1. denial- you are past this stage.
2. anger - you are in this stage now. don't worry it's healthy and therapuetic. who knows what unspeakable horrors you've had to experience by being in close proximity with that person. it's complete understandable you want to lash out.
however a warning don't act upon these feeling, for you may turn into the beast who harmed you. it won't make the pain go away.
3. justification - you will try to make sense of what happened to you. you will try to give reason or undertanding to your suffering. please don't stay in this period too long. being an intelligent man you may find yourself lost in the mazes of you mind.
i hate to say this but you won't be able too make sense of this. there simple is no reason to justify what happened to you. think of child and a predator. "if i'm good daddy will love mommy and me and not hurt us." flawed logic.
4. depression - sadness over the realization of what was done to you. it's not pleasant and it takes many forms. however, keep in ming the follwing: eat properly, don't let hygiene slip, excercise, and stay in touch with friends.
5. acceptance - the last step you will feel better about yourself. understanding you had no role in what happened to. the horrible blame and guilt will leave you. you will no longer wonder, could i have prevented it. you will be free, to live again, and enjoy life the way it was meant to be.
